Required Qualifications & Experience:
Current, unrestricted RN license Previous ER/ED nursing experience preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced environment Compassionate communicator, able to provide patient and family-centered education Experience with cultural, developmental, and age-appropriate care
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments in line with professional guidelines Develop and update individualized care plans with interdisciplinary input Implement evidence-based interventions and promptly address patient needs Perform and oversee treatments, administer therapies, and coordinate care transitions Serve as a resource for nursing staff, overseeing task delegation and quality monitoring Facilitate patient education and discharge planning Engage in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Foster a positive, healing-focused work culture
