Duties Perform advanced skin treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massage to improve skin health and appearance Conduct body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services with precision and care Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and maintenance to maximize treatment results Demonstrate and promote retail products through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment Assist with client consultations to determine appropriate treatments based on individual skin types and concerns Provide exceptional customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty Experience Proven experience as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with hands-on expertise in laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments, answer client questions, and build rapport Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively recommend products and increase client engagement Familiarity with sanitation protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment Experience performing body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage preferred Ability to demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best Join us in delivering transformative aesthetic experiences!
