Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership Addressing and resolving escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families

Nurse Manager Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher from an accredited nursing program 3+ years of Long-term care nursing experience Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS upon hire Previous experience in Supervision/Management is required
