Position Overview Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Morning Hours | Yuma, CO We are seeking a motivated and reliable RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy during morning hours. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time hours. Spanish-speaking candidates are required for this position. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record accurate session data Follow behavior intervention plans Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers Maintain professionalism and HIPAA compliance Requirements Active RBT certification (required) Spanish-speaking (required) Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred) Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Ability to consistently commit to scheduled hours What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent part-time schedule Supportive BCBA supervision Opportunities for growth within the company Performance-based bonuses for attendance and clinical targets Paid sick time (in accordance with state guidelines)
