Job Summary:
Facility is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations within Sub-Regional Outpatient Clinics. This leadership role is responsible for directing clinical nursing practice, supporting quality patient care initiatives, managing clinic operations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver cost-effective and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate outpatient clinical nursing operations Lead and support nursing staff across ambulatory and family medicine clinics Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and clinic performance Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and organizational policies Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety practices Manage staffing, workflow, competencies, and operational efficiency Promote a collaborative and patient-focused clinical environment
Requirements:
Graduate of an NLN-approved nursing program BSN required; MSN or related Master's degree preferred Active Alaska RN license in good standing Current BLS certification Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing management experience preferred Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Pay:
$126,000.00 - $164,000.00 per year
