• Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.
• Ensures a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Coordinating unit activities with other hospital departments of the hospital.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS (AHA)]
• American Heart Association (AHA) preferred Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] Experience Nursing experience 2-3 years required and Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred. Cardiac experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

We are currently hiring a full-time to work on site Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, with flexibility! This role will oversee Cardiac Diagnostics, Care Management Nurses, Cardio Echo Sonographers, and Vascular Sonographers.

Location coverage includes:

Haverhill, MA, Lawrence, MA, Salem, MA and Salem, NH, as well as occasional meetings at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA.
