Eligible for an annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the Full Perioperative Continuum by synchronizing workflows across Pre-Op, Intra-Op, Post-Op, and PAT to ensure a seamless, safe, and efficient patient journey. Cultivate a High-Performance Culture through proactive hiring, mentorship, and team development, ensuring staff engagement and the highest levels of physician satisfaction. Champion Clinical Excellence and Safety by establishing quality monitoring systems and policies that align with national accreditation standards and improve patient outcomes. Strategically Manage Unit Resources by overseeing budgets and operational assets to ensure the department remains financially healthy while delivering world-class care. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience preferred. What additional requirements you'll need
Extensive Perioperative Expertise:
Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience navigating the complexities of the surgical environment
Proven Leadership Track Record:
Solid experience in a progressive leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage workflows, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. Life at
