Location:

St. Mary Medical Center Recruits, selects and counsels staff. Disciplines staff as appropriate and documents accordingly. Consistently & fairly interprets and enforces Human Resources' policies & procedures and refers to appropriate person if necessary. Oversees staff and department in-services and orientation. Ensures that all mandatory requirements have been communicated to the staff for compliance. Develops Quality Improvement plan for Unit/area of responsibility. Develops and monitors the budget, prepares variance analysis and evaluates opportunities for cost reductions. Conducts staff meetings on a regular basis and disseminates information. Investigates & responds appropriately to all complaints and recommends corrective action if necessary. Demonstrates behaviors that promote positive customer relations with physicians, staff, patients & visitors.

Position Requirements:

PA RN License BSN Required, MSN Preferred 2
