NURSE PRACTITIONER

PHYSICIAN/NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT PERDUE WELLNESS CENTER

We have an opportunity for a Physician/Nurse Practitioner at our Perdue Farms Wellness Center facility (Center for primary care). Our Wellness Center provides on-going care to our associates, as well as their eligible dependents. A medical degree (M.D.), Physician Assistant (P.A.) or Nurse Practitioner (N.P.) with experience in Family Practice/Primary Care would be preferred. This is a contract position for approximately 16 hours a week with pay based upon an hourly rate, per the negotiated contract. There is flexibility as to the scheduled work hours and our ability to coordinate the terms of our contract with a physician and his/her current contract with a group practice or other healthcare organization. Occupational, Emergency or Urgent Care experience a plus.
