Independent Contractor (1099) About Us The LAB is a modern wellness collaborative focused on longevity, hormone optimization, functional medicine, medical weight loss, peptides, and preventative health. We serve a clientele seeking personalized, high-touch care that blends science, wellness, and individualized medicine. We are expanding and looking for entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner who wants to build their own independent practice within an elevated wellness environment. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive wellness and functional medicine consultations Manage hormone optimization programs for men and women Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 weight loss therapies Order and interpret advanced laboratory testing Create individualized treatment plans including lifestyle, supplements, peptides, and hormone therapies Perform DOT physical examinations Build and grow your own patient panel with support from our brand and infrastructure What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Nurse Practitioner license Board certified NP (AANP or ANCC) DEA license or ability to obtain DOT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Passion for functional medicine, wellness, longevity, and hormone optimization Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building an independent practice Strong communication and patient education skills What We Offer Flexible schedule 1099 independent contractor structure Revenue-based earning potential with scalable income Access to treatment rooms, EMR/charting systems, and operational support Marketing and branding support Collaborative luxury wellness environment Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who wants more autonomy, flexibility, and opportunity than traditional healthcare settings offer.
