Our collaborative, high-performing clinical team is expanding — and we're looking for a motivated, experienced Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about functional health, precision medicine, and helping patients look and feel their best. Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in both functional medicine and aesthetics. This role includes assessing patients, developing individualized wellness plans, administering and managing peptide and hormone protocols, and performing injectable and IV treatments. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing medspa environment and values both clinical excellence and client experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient consultations with a focus on longevity, functional health, and wellness optimization. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including peptide therapy, IV therapy, and nutraceutical recommendations. Perform aesthetic injectable procedures (neurotoxin, filler, PRF/PRP, etc.) as trained and credentialed. Evaluate and monitor patients receiving peptide, hormone, or IV therapies, adjusting protocols as clinically indicated. Educate patients on treatment options, wellness plans, and ongoing maintenance protocols. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR system (experience with Nextech a plus). Collaborate closely with RNs, aestheticians, and the medical director to ensure continuity and quality of care. Stay current on emerging trends in regenerative medicine, peptide science, and aesthetic advancements. We offer a generous Incentive Compensation Package Qualifications Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration. Minimum 2 years of experience in functional medicine, integrative health, or wellness-based practice. Experience in aesthetics (injectables) required; advanced training preferred. Strong knowledge of peptide therapy, hormone optimization, or IV therapy protocols. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
