Nurse Practitioner

Compensation:

$65 - $75 hourly

Responsibilities:

As a Nurse Practitioner at Relive Health, some of the roles and responsibilities will be: Interpret patient labs. Treat patients' hormonal imbalances and manage medical records. Perform an initial physical assessment and chart the patient. Provide both patient care and education to patients regarding hormone replacement therapy as well as IV vitamin therapy. Initiate referrals & maintain health records. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Assist with callbacks to patients with questions. Refill medication orders.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher. Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Innovative and functional approach to health.
