Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. In this vital role, you will provide advanced clinical services, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will support patient recovery, promote health education, and enhance overall well-being. Duties Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams. Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following proper protocols and safety standards. Perform specialized procedures such as suturing, dermal fillers, spinal taps, and catheterizations. Manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties including emergency medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, and behavioral health. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic and eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and medical records management. Provide patient education on disease management, medication use, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications. Skills Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Athenahealth to ensure seamless documentation. Proficiency in advanced procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser treatments, spinal taps, and sonography. Strong background in critical care environments such as ICU, Level I/II trauma centers, PICU, or emergency rooms. Knowledge of
ICD-10/ICD-9
coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation and billing processes. Skilled in managing complex cases involving infectious diseases, hospice & palliative medicine, occupational health, or post-acute care. Experience with telehealth platforms to provide remote patient consultations effectively. Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using laboratory experience and medical imaging techniques like sonography or radiology reports.
