Nurse Practitioner

Ritemed is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site clinical services between Complete Care at Phillipsburg and Complete Care at Brakeley Park in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. This is a facility-based role within a skilled nursing environment. The Nurse Practitioner will manage post-acute and long-term care residents while working closely with physicians and facility leadership to support strong clinical outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
