Full-Time Job Summary Crown Staffing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join a growing pediatric primary care practice in Lexington, KY. This position focuses on providing high-quality patient care for children and adolescents in a fast-paced, family-centered environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional pediatric care and customer service. This is an outpatient setting with no hospital rounds required.

Loan Repayment opportunities are available. Responsibilities Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations for patients ages 0-18. Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and administer treatments as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Make therapeutic decisions in partnership with patients and families. Perform minor surgical procedures as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Provide compassionate, patient-focused care in a fast-paced pediatric environment. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Kentucky required. Current BLS and PALS certifications required. 1-2 years of pediatric experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team. Passion for pediatric care and excellent customer service.
