COMPENSATION

Salary $150k + $10k Bonus We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.

Role:

Bonus:

Up to 10k year 1 and goes up as a partner.

• 18-20 patients a day

Hours:

Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

• Work/Life Balance
• Working Multiple locations covering for clinicians on PTO and overflow of patients
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/

Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
