CME:
5 days & $3,000 annuallyPTO:
Contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays Locations Northern Potter Health Center | 511 Academy St. Ulysses, PA 16948 Westfield Health Center | 222 Church St. Westfield, PA 16950 Why This Role Stands Out Practice true primary care in a close-knit rural community Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a supportive, team-based environment Enjoy a schedule that supports work-life balance Focus on patient care without hospital responsibilities ⚕️ What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care using evidence-based practice Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized care plans focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction Educate patients and families to support long-term health Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated care What We're Looking For Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Interest in rural health and community-focused care Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered careQualifications:
Knowledge of growth and development principles Ability to provide age-appropriate patient care across the lifespan Ability to assess patient data and deliver care per departmental policies Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina and dexterity required for direct patient care Successful attainment and maintenance of hospital privileges, where applicable. Licensure, Education, Certifications, and Clearances Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program BSN required; MSN preferred Pennsylvania RN license and CRNP certification National certification and eligibility for licensure and CRNP certification by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Physician Assistant (PA) Graduation from an ARC‑PA-accredited Physician Assistant program Bachelor's or master's degree preferred Pennsylvania PA license and NCCPA certification Required for All APP Candidates CPR certification - CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire Successful completion of Pennsylvania clearances: Act 33 Act 34 Act 73 UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteranSimilar remote jobs
