Job Description

Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) Primary Care / Family Medicine UPMC - Northern Potter & Westfield Health Centers UPMC Cole Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or CRNP) to join our rural Primary Care team serving the Northern Potter and Westfield communities. This is a great opportunity to practice meaningful, relationship-based medicine in a 100% outpatient setting with a strong focus on continuity of care and community impact. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Rotating on-call schedule No major holidays No inpatient, hospital, or OR responsibilities Compensation & Incentives Competitive salary based on experience Sign-on bonus available Production incentive based on wRVU Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality & citizenship incentive
