$60 - $65/hr (based on experience)
Traveler Pay:
$75 - $80/hr (based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for supporting nursing operations, improving patient care quality, monitoring staff performance, and assisting with departmental compliance and performance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive clinical and supervisory experience within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities Provide clinical and operational leadership to nursing staff and patient care units Develop and implement programs aimed at improving patient care quality and employee performance Monitor patient care standards and staff performance in collaboration with nurse managers Identify performance concerns and assist with corrective action planning and follow-up Support staff development, coaching, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives Maintain systems for tracking and documenting medication errors, counseling activities, and quality metrics Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, nursing standards, and organizational policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, efficient, and patient-centered care Participate in operational planning, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives Maintain accurate records, reports, and departmental documentation Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required Minimum seven (7) years of nursing experience required Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required Master's Degree in Nursing preferred Registered Professional Nurse credential through the New York State Department of Education (NYSED) required For more details reach at or Call / Text at 732-791-4827.
