What You'll Do:
Schedule residential service appointments and dispatch field technicians Track job progress and communicate with contractors to ensure quality work Prepare customer proposals and follow up on estimates Maintain organized job files and documentation Handle phone calls, emails, and general office tasks Coordinate with remote team members to keep projects on trackWhat We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills—you're comfortable on the phone and can speak confidently with contractors and customers Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling software) Dependable and punctual with a reliable way to get to our White Plains office Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with our teamWhat We Offer:
