Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The ED Nurse Technician performs uncomplicated nursing services for patients under the supervision of a RN/CCP. Assists the RN/CCP, Paramedic, EMT in performing more complex nursing care procedures. The shift for this position is 3 PM - 3 AM. This position will float to eh Inpatient Services floor as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent. Current enrollment in a nursing program, EMT program or completion of a nursing assistant certification program preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Experience:
One (1) year previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse Technician. Alternative to
Minimum Qualifications:
Alternate experience may be considered. 3 PM - 3 AM
