Turner is a 320‑acre site encompassing orchards, bareroot nursery operations, and approximately 10 acres of greenhouse space, producing ~10 million seedlings annually across roughly 10 species, including Douglas Fir. The Greenhouse Operations Lead plays a hands‑on leadership role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production across the full greenhouse lifecycle — from sowing and crop care through packing and shipping. This position supervises and coordinates contract crews, manages labor planning, monitors crop health and quality, maintains operational and production records, and ensures facilities, equipment, and infrastructure remain operational to support production goals. A strong emphasis is placed on safety leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline, as well as collaboration with site leadership and cross‑functional teams. The role also supports cross‑site projects and provides operational assistance across Western Regeneration locations as needed. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with nursery or agricultural production experience who enjoys leading people, managing complex seasonal operations, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and reinforce a strong safety culture through consistent application of company safety standards and safe work practices. Supervise and coordinate contract crews across all site operations, including sowing, growing, packing, and shipping. Oversee crop health, growth, and quality throughout the production cycle, ensuring alignment with established standards. Maintain accurate and timely production, crop, and operational records. Plan, allocate, and manage labor resources to meet production schedules and operational priorities. Coordinate daily and seasonal work activities to ensure efficient, safe, and timely execution of tasks. Ensure site facilities, infrastructure, and equipment are maintained, operational, and supported through coordination with maintenance resources as needed. Identify, communicate, and address operational risks, production issues, and safety concerns. Support compliance with regulatory, environmental, and company requirements. Collaborate with site leadership, contractors, and teams to achieve safety, production, and operational objectives. Assist with cross‑site projects and provide operational support across Western Regeneration locations as needed Qualifications Associate's degree in natural resources, agriculture, botany, horticulture, nursery science and 1-2 years' experience OR 5+ years nursery/ag production experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to learn and manage within a crop management system. Ability to adjust to seasonal demands and perform duties indoors and outdoors in changing environments. Physical ability for lifting and bending; valid driver's license. Ability to obtain Private Applicator License. Reside within ~30 minutes of facility. Preferred Hands-on experience managing conifer seedling growth in a commercial setting. Farm equipment operation experience. Spanish language skills a plus.

Compensation :
This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $63,828 - $95,670 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement :

We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
