Salem, OR Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an early childhood caseload for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role focuses on working with children ages 3-5, helping them develop essential communication skills that support early learning and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to children ages 3-5 in accordance with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, early childhood staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Oregon ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with early childhood or preschool populations strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
