June 1 Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dependable Nurses Aides (CNA/MHT) to join a state-run inpatient psychiatric facility in Warm Springs, MT. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to adult patients in a structured behavioral health environment. Schedule & Shifts Full-time:

40 hours per week 5 shifts/week (8-hour shifts) Available shifts:

$1,300/week gross $32.50/hr base rate $48.75/hr overtime Facility Overview State-run inpatient psychiatric hospital Approximately 200-250 beds Adult patient population (18+), including geriatric psychiatric patients Patient Care Details Typical patient ratios: 1:6 to 1:12 (varies by unit and acuity) No ventilators Common diagnoses include: Schizophrenia & schizoaffective disorder Bipolar disorder Major depressive disorder Substance use disorders Personality disorders Forensic psychiatric conditions Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities Monitor and document patient behavior and condition Support nursing and clinical staff in a psychiatric setting Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment Float between units as needed (acute, forensic, geriatric psych) Requirements Active CNA certification (required) BLS certification (required) CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification (required) Previous behavioral health or long-term care experience preferred Technology Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Basic charting and documentation tools Additional Details Orientation provided bi-weekly Floating between units may be required Apply today to join a dedicated team providing essential psychiatric care in a structured, supportive environment. #
