Nursing Supervisor / Charge RN - Patient Care Units Princeton, Florida (Princeton 33032) $46.02 - $61.21/hour DOE Full-Time | Leadership Role A healthcare organization in South Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide leadership and coordination across patient care units on assigned shifts. Position Overview This role supports daily nursing operations by assisting with staffing coordination, patient flow management, staff and family support, and unit-level problem solving. The position also plays a key role in ensuring quality standards, compliance, and smooth shift transitions. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision and leadership for patient care units Coordinate staffing and nursing assignments per shift Support patient flow and operational efficiency Assist with staff evaluations and performance feedback Serve as patient and family service resource Participate in hourly rounding and ensure compliance Support adherence to hospital policies and procedures Compensation Estimated pay: $46.02 - $61.21/hour depending on experience Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred/required based on hire date Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience Basic Life Support (BLS) required ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months (as applicable) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required based on unit Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required Specialty certification preferred within 2 years Additional Notes This is a leadership-oriented nursing role requiring strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to support both staff and patient experience in a fast-paced hospital environment.
