  • Haitian Creole fluency is required.

Monday-Friday:
  • 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30

  • Responsibilities
  • What You'll Do:
    +
  • Patient Retention:
  • Manage a full schedule of calls with existing clients to ensure they continue receiving our services. +
  • Medicaid & Medicals:
  • Follow up on Medicaid eligibility issues and obtain updated medical documentation from patients. +
  • Process Management:
  • Stay organized and ensure all processes are followed to retain patient services.

Collaboration:
Transfer qualified and converted callers to the appropriate departments and manage patient information in Salesforce. +
  • Patient Relations:
  • Work with diverse patients across New York State, providing top-notch customer service.
  • Qualifications
  • What You'll Bring:
    +
  • Education
  • : High school diploma or equivalent (required). +
  • Language Skills:
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Creole (preferred). +
  • Tech-Savvy
  • : Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. +
  • Communication:
  • Strong verbal skills, including listening, advising, and consulting. +
  • Organized & Driven:
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team. +
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in home health care and knowledge of HHA Exchange (a plus).
