Essential Duties :
Within a group setting, works with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities to develop life skills both onsite and within the community. Responsible for creating group activities and assisting with lesson plans. Ensure job site and community field trips are safe for individuals. Ensure that all individuals are supervised at all times. Transport/escort individuals/clients on field trips within the community. Complete documentation related to services provided.
