COPY LINK link Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time Occupational Health & Safety Specialist in the Lebanon, TN area. This role will be responsible for supporting and enforcing environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatorypliance and promote a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Investigate incidents and rmend corrective actions. Ensurepliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. Support EHS programs, training, audits andpliance Assists with emergency response, first aid, and workers'pensation. Track and report safety metrics and maintain documentation.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Nursing or a similar role Experience supporting safety programs within a manufacturing/industrial environment OSHA 30-hour certification CPR/First Aid certification Experience with incident investigations, audits, and corrective action tracking Strongmunication, problem-solving, andanizational skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Details:
