What You'll Do:
Make a

Use your deep knowledge of common health conditions to educate employees and collaborate with clinicians to implement cutting-edge recommendations for wellness.
Deliver Comprehensive Care:
Provide a wide range of nursing services, including emergency first aid, workplace safety assessments, and various OSHA mandated services to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Be a

Assess and refer injured or ill workers to appropriate care, ensuring timely and compassionate interventions based on your clinical judgment. Maintain Excellence in
Documentation:
Keep accurate, HIPAA-compliant employee medical records and contribute to reports that drive client success, showcasing your organizational skills.
Lead and Educate:
Deliver engaging training to client safety teams and present impactful health education sessions to groups, empowering employees to take charge of their well-being.
Innovate and Collaborate:
Partner with safety and HR managers to identify and mitigate workplace health risks, using your insights to create a culture of safety and wellness.

What You Bring:
Your Nursing Passion and Expertise Credentials:
Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
Experience:
Preferred background in Med-Surg, occupational health, or ER nursing, with phlebotomy skills as a plus.
Certifications:
Current BLS CPR Certification (Instructor Certification is a bonus).
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with PC and common software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to streamline documentation and communication.
Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional ability to connect with managers and clients, delivering information with professionalism, respect, and positivity.
