ABOUT THE ROLE

This position focuses on providing skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes throughout the East Tennessee region. Our patient population primarily includes individuals with complex neurological, pulmonary, orthopedic, balance, and functional mobility impairments requiring compassionate, highly individualized care. The ideal candidate is someone who values quality over quantity and wants the opportunity to provide patient-centered treatment without feeling rushed through unrealistic productivity expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans focused on safety, ADL independence, mobility, strength, coordination, and quality of life Provide skilled treatment interventions in the home setting Complete electronic documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers supervise occupational therapy assistants ✅

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Tennessee Occupational Therapy license

• CPR certification Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated Home health or geriatric experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation At Energy Workers Home Health Therapy Services, we believe exceptional patient care starts with supporting exceptional clinicians.
