Job Description

Job Duties:
  • Timely completion of initial OT screenings and evaluations, goal setting, treatment planning, reassessment and discharge planning processes.
  • Documents OT assessment(s), re-assessments, goals, OT intervention, goals, reassessment, and discharge plans in a timely manner.
  • Collaboratively develops individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborates, communicates and cooperates with clients, caregivers, team members, and vested parties in the development of individualized treatment plans
  • Attends interdisciplinary treatment planning and team meetings and assists in modifying treatment plans, as appropriate.
  • Works in collaboration with organizations and staff to ensure that OT services are scheduled and take place in a timely manner
  • Maintains OT-related documentation in a timely manner.
Reports incidents or concerns as per Cutchins Programs policies and procedures. Meets annual competency and training requirements. Maintains licensing, continuing competence certification requirements. Seeks and utilizes training within and external to the
Agency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Demonstrates effective inter-personal and communication skills Demonstrates and actively develops knowledge related to treatment needs of the client population. Demonstrates knowledge of trauma-informed care, sensory integration, behavioral and relational dynamics. Task and detail oriented; takes initiative. Demonstrates the ability to work well as a team member Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 20-30 lbs., bend, stand, climb, walk, run, swim and participate in all recreational activities.
  • Visual and auditory acuity to supervise clients.
Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university required Sensory Integration Certified, Preferred Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Occupational Therapist (OT) required Equality Opportunity Employer

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
