About the Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life following illness or injury. Working closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each patient's goals and abilities. What You'll Do Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions that promote independence and recovery Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients and families to support engagement and long-term success Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Support and mentor therapy assistants or students What We're Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist (State of Florida) BLS certification required within 30 days of start Open to new graduates and experienced therapists Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Why Join?
