Coverage areas: Grants Pass, Oregon Josephine County

Schedule:

8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday

• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

Responsibilities of the

Occupational Therapist:

• OT evaluations, subsequent visits, possible OT SOC, recertifications, resumptions of care, discharges Qualifications for the

Occupational Therapist:

• Home health experience
• Oregon Occupational Therapy License

Pay Details:
