Job Overview Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the OT Assist patients in improving mobility, coordination, and daily living skills Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies Maintain accurate and timely patient records Ensure therapy equipment is clean, safe, and properly maintained Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient care goals Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current certification as a COTA (through NBCOT) State licensure or eligibility (as required) Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
