Job Description

Overview TSP Education, a national Special Education staffing firm, seeks a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapists to support one of our PA school district partners for the 26/27 school year.
Requirements for consideration include:
a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, and experience in a K-12 school setting are required for consideration. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' functional abilities and therapy needs Develop and implement customized treatment plans focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, coordination, and other functional skills Assist students with discharge planning by coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure smooth transitions across care settings Provide therapy services for individuals with autism, developmental delays, or neurological conditions school environments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective case management strategies and ensure comprehensive student support Qualifications Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction Demonstrated expertise in assisting with ADLs and developing tailored care plans for diverse populations, including students with disabilities Experience working with pediatrics in early intervention or school-based environments; familiarity with speech therapy integration is a plus Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and case management principles Ability to work effectively with school IEP partners while maintaining a positive attitude and professional integrity
Pay:
$48.00 - $52.00 per hour
