Occupational Therapist in Arizona (15k SOB + 1k/month living stipend)

I'm hiring for a Occupational Therapist in Arizona! There is a 15k sign-on bonus and 1k/month living stipend for 6 months. The Occupational Therapist provides Occupational Therapy services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Patient population will be in-patient (acute care), out-patient, and Home Health.
