Select Savvy is seeking a compassionate and student-focused Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, school-based opportunity in Maryland. In this role, you will support students with developmental, physical, and emotional challenges by helping them build essential life skills, improve fine motor abilities, and increase independence in the school environment. What We Offer Free CEUs to keep your skills current Weekly pay for consistency and convenience Professional development stipend Comprehensive benefits (eligibility may vary) Wellness program to support your well-being Requirements Bachelor's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program (required) Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license Experience working with students with Autism and/or Developmental Disabilities preferred Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills Key Responsibilities Evaluate students and interpret assessment results to develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with special education teams to support student goals and needs Implement therapy programs to improve daily living, fine motor, and pre-academic skills Support students in developing independence through functional, educational, and social activities Monitor and document student progress in compliance with state and federal regulations Modify interventions based on student progress and evolving needs Maintain accurate and confidential student records (HIPAA/FERPA compliance) Communicate effectively with students, staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, educators, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care About Us Select Savvy is a boutique search and staffing firm dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.
