We are seeking a confident, self-directed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) who values autonomy, functional outcomes, and sustainable scheduling. You will treat one patient at a time. No double booking No unrealistic productivity quotas No facility politics No clinic chaos This is focused, functional, progression-based care — delivered directly in the patient's home. ⸻ What You Can Expect True one-on-one Occupational Therapy treatment sessions Organized, local caseload within your preferred service area Flexible scheduling (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN) Supportive leadership without micromanagement Modern, mobile-friendly EMR documentation AI-assisted documentation tools to reduce after-hours charting Growth opportunities as the company expands We intentionally build caseloads in: Boynton Beach Boca Raton Delray Beach Wellington Our goal is predictable scheduling, reduced drive time, and long-term career sustainability. ⸻ Clinical Responsibilities Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations in the home setting Develop individualized, functional treatment plans Address ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, cognitive, and upper extremity conditions Provide fall prevention training and home safety assessments Train patients and caregivers in adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies Improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life Deliver skilled, evidence-based therapeutic interventions Maintain accurate, compliant documentation Manage a consistent caseload within your designated territory ⸻ Qualifications Active Florida Occupational Therapy License Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) BLS/CPR Certification Strong communication and time-management skills Comfortable working independently in a mobile/home health environment Outpatient experience is highly valued. Home health or mobile Occupational Therapy experience is a plus but not required. Strong clinical reasoning and functional treatment progression are essential.
