Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN / Per Diem Countryside Care Center Macomb, IL $50-$55/hour (PRN) We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This is a flexible opportunity for clinicians looking to provide high-quality care while managing their own schedule.

Role Overview:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on improving daily living skills and functional independence Supervise and collaborate with COTAs to ensure effective care delivery Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
