Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Macomb Post Acute Care Center Macomb,IL $30-$35/hour (PRN) We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers flexibility while allowing you to provide hands-on support to residents working toward greater independence.

What You'll Do:

Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and self-care tasks Guide therapeutic exercises focused on coordination, strength, and function Observe patient progress and communicate updates to the OT Maintain accurate documentation for all treatments

Requirements:

Active COTA license Skilled nursing experience preferred
