  • $45•$62 per hour,•based on experience•Advanced Therapy Solutions•is seeking a skilled and passionate •Occupational Therapist (OT)•who enjoys working with individuals of all ages and their families.
Join our interdisciplinary team and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with a wide range of functional needs and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans that enhance independence and quality of life.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Assess individuals across
  • all populations
  • and develop effective, individualized treatment plans + Provide therapy services, update treatment plans, and communicate patient needs with team members + Manage caseloads, re-evaluate progress, and adjust programs as needed + Conduct home evaluations and establish home exercise programs + Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports and scheduling + Collaborate with medical professionals, staff, families, and community resources •

  • Custom Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

  • (marketed as community services, not home health) across all disciplines + Provide
  • Telehealth Services

  • Qualifications:
  • + Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy with at least one year of experience in human services +
Preferred:
Experience in pediatrics or assistive technology evaluations + Current licensure as an OT or COTA in the state of Arizona, in good standing with AOTA + Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach
