Occupational Therapist - School Wide

at Amergis in Fairfield, Maine, United States Job Description The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.

Minimum Requirements:
