Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving K-12 students—primarily elementary—where your speech-language skills will make a difference every day. This full-time role welcomes both SLPs (including CFY and CCC) and SLPAs eager to support students' communication development in a school-based setting. You'll be part of a forward-thinking district offering both on-site and teletherapy services, empowering students to overcome challenges and reach their potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active licensure as an SLP or SLPA Eligibility to work in a school environment (background check may be required) Experience with school-based services or healthcare, including teletherapy, appreciated New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families Comfortable working with K-12 populations; elementary caseload experience is a plus Flexible, collaborative, and committed to student success
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy services for K-12 students, with a primary focus on elementary grades Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Progress monitor and document student outcomes Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive support Deliver direct and/or teletherapy services based on student needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
