Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make a direct impact on students' lives by providing expert occupational therapy services in a supportive school environment. As a valued Occupational Therapist, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals to empower children and help them achieve their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and needs related to school performance Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and handwriting skills Document evaluations, progress, and session notes in adherence to school and district guidelines Educate teachers, staff, and families on strategies to promote student success Participate in IEP and team meetings, ensuring student goals are developmentally appropriate and measurable Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages growth and confidence This contract opportunity places you in an area renowned for its welcoming community and vibrant culture.
