Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Oregon Previous experience with school-based or pediatric populations preferred Comfortable providing early intervention, including in-home visits Strong communication and rapport-building skills with children and families Ability to work independently throughout the region as needed Reliable transportation for travel within

Douglas County Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to young children, primarily through early intervention Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Work collaboratively with families in their homes to support children's functional goals Maintain timely documentation and progress notes according to program requirements Consult and coordinate care with other school-based professionals and service providers Travel between homes and sites within Douglas County as necessary
