Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a contract opportunity designed for skilled Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants passionate about supporting students from PreK through school age. This role offers the chance to provide vital in-person and teletherapy services in a dynamic educational setting near Middletown, NY. Your journey begins on September 8th, 2026, and continues through December 22nd, 2026—with the possibility of annual extension for those who thrive in this collaborative school environment. The role is structured for 35 hours per week, spread across a standard Monday through Friday schedule, allowing you to make a significant impact while maintaining work-life balance.
Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in New York Experience in school-based OT, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare settings Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans for PreK and school-aged children Strong communication skills and adaptability across multiple service models Dedication to fostering meaningful progress in student development and participation
