Desired Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in California Experience providing OT services within school settings Familiarity with ESY (Extended School Year) programs a plus Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills Passion for creating supportive, inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify student needs and create targeted treatment plans Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions to students with diverse learning profiles Collaborate with teachers and support personnel to integrate OT recommendations into classroom activities Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress Document services and maintain accurate session notes in compliance with school policies Communicate effectively with families, sharing updates and strategies for supporting students' goals This mid-summer contract is a chance to empower students and support their continued growth while enjoying a balanced work schedule.
