Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year in a contract position near the Red Bluff, CA area. In this full-time role, you'll make a meaningful difference by assisting students in achieving academic and functional success. While onsite services are preferred, you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care to those who need it most.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Active and unrestricted California Occupational Therapy license required Experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred Familiarity with home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy OT services is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team Strong communication and documentation skills Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a range of needs Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop individualized treatment plans and goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to facilitate student success Monitor, document, and report student progress in accordance with IEPs and school standards Offer consultation/training to staff and families as needed Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations This full-time role features a standard 37.5-hour work week, making it ideal for professionals dedicated to providing focused, impactful care.
