Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Active California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) Experience in school-based, home health, and/or healthcare OT Familiarity with providing OT support via teletherapy platforms Previous work within educational or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a varied caseload
Role Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to school-aged students onsite (preferred) and through teletherapy, as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress and participation Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to foster student success Stay current with IEP documentation and compliance requirements Engage in ongoing professional development
