Key Qualifications:

Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Demonstrated experience in school-based, home health, and general healthcare OT practice. Familiarity with supporting diverse student populations, including those with various physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and external providers. Ability to maintain accurate records and contribute actively to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess student needs and develop individualized occupational therapy plans tailored to unique strengths and challenges. Deliver direct therapy services within classroom, clinical, and—when applicable—home environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support and review IEPs and intervention strategies. Provide consultations and training for teachers, staff, and families to reinforce therapeutic goals throughout the school day and at home. Track progress, document intervention outcomes, and modify plans as needed to ensure ongoing student success.
